Project Management Officer


For one of our key clients active in the energy sector, we are currently looking for an experienced PMO Support professional to strengthen program and project governance within a strategic business and IT environment.
Your Role
As PMO Support, you will act as a key partner to Program and Project Managers, ensuring structured governance, clear reporting, and effective coordination between Business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Support Program and Project Managers in coordination, governance, and communication activities
• Prepare and follow up on steering committees
• Consolidate monthly and quarterly reporting
• Maintain and update program roadmaps
• Monitor risks, issues, milestones, resources, and costs
• Ensure adherence to PMO and project management methodologies
• Support change management initiatives
• Facilitate alignment between Business and IT teams
Your Profile
• Minimum 4 years of experience in PMO and/or Project Management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI are a plus)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Sciforma, MS Project, or similar)
• Strong analytical and financial awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Autonomous, structured, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
