For one of our key clients active in the energy sector, we are looking for a Purchasing Administrative Officer to reinforce the operational support within the Procurement department. This role is ideal for someone who combines administrative precision with a strong understanding of purchasing processes and stakeholder coordination. Your Role As Purchasing Administrative Officer, you will ensure the smooth execution and follow-up of procurement activities. You will act as a key link between internal customers and suppliers, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of purchase orders and contracts. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support within the Purchasing department • Ensure strict follow-up of the end-to-end purchasing process • Create, modify, and manage purchase orders and contracts in SAP • Support internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding purchase orders (SAP & Ariba network) • Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure proper follow-up • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Excellence team Your Profile • Bachelor's degree in a technical or administrative field, or equivalent experience • Experience or strong interest in purchasing or logistics processes • Good knowledge of SAP MM and Microsoft Office applications • Knowledge of SAP Ariba is an asset • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset • Native French or Dutch (with a good knowledge of the second national language) and a good level in English What We Offer at Inoxperience • A competitive salary and benefits package • A structured and collaborative work environment • Hybrid working possibilities • Personalized follow-up and training roadmap If you are detail-oriented, process-driven, and motivated to contribute to efficient procurement operations, we would be pleased to receive your application.
