For one of our key clients active in the energy sector, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within an infrastructure environment.
This role combines business process optimization, IT collaboration, and change management in a complex and evolving landscape.
Your Role
As Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between Business and IT. You will analyze, challenge, and structure business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.
You will contribute directly to process harmonization, efficiency improvements, and large-scale transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Model and redesign business processes
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into structured requirements (epics, features, user stories)
• Challenge stakeholders to define pragmatic and value-driven solutions
• Develop business information models (interfaces, reports, workflows, etc.)
• Validate functional analyses delivered by IT teams
• Support testing phases (including UAT) and release validation
• Contribute actively to change management (training materials, end-user support)
• Ensure cross-department and cross-border alignment where required
Your Profile
• Master's degree in a technical or economic field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in business process modeling and requirements definition
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect, Jira, or DevOps is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and very good knowledge of Dutch or French
Experience in the energy or utilities sector is considered an asset.
