To support our growth and as part of a new position creation, we are currently looking for a Technical Sales Representative for the Wallonia region (Belgium), on a permanent contract.
Your mission :
Deploy the commercial strategy in your future region in coordination with national colleaguesBe the guarantor of Rovensa Next's image as well as the development of its revenue and marginEnsure follow-up, advice, and support for the sales forces of our distributor clientsImplement promotional and development actions for the product range within our distribution networkBe able to analyze market expectations and adapt your offer according to needsContribute within your region to building a sales & marketing plan for strategic clientsProspect, retain, and develop new clientsDefine your annual sales forecasts for your sector and update them in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)Contribute to the monitoring of agronomic services and trials, and participate in defining technical positioning and experimentsLead technical meetings with your clients and gradually develop contacts with local and regional technical prescribersEnsure competitive intelligence in your regionRepresent the company at regional or national trade shows and participate in local and regional events to stay informed and promote the companyThe talent we are looking for:
Degree in Agronomy/Agriculture/Agrobusiness (Bachelor's or Master's level) – Agricultural Engineer or Agronomy with a focus on Crop Production or Crop ProtectionMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar position with a supplier or distributorExcellent knowledge of the agricultural sector, agribusiness, and agricultural distributionStrong product expertise in biosolutions: bionutrition, biocontrol, and adjuvantsIntermediate to advanced English level (B2) or fluent (C1) to operate in an international contextDutch language skills would be an asset (oral comprehension and speaking)Curious, dynamic, and rigorous, with a commercial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a taste for challengesAdaptability, relational flexibility, listening skills, and the ability to argue and convince will ensure success in this roleGood command of communication and facilitation techniquesInitiative-taking, proactive, autonomous, and well-organizedEnjoy working in a human-sized team within an international group – join a team driven by ambitious projectsWhat we offer:
