About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Expert to join our Process & Functional Support team, playing a pivotal role in the development, enhancement, and support of our SAP CRM applications and data ecosystem. As a technical specialist, you will bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration across our SAP landscape while maintaining excellence in application support and development. Key Responsibilities Development & Architecture
Translate functional requirements into robust technical specifications and architectural designs in collaboration with functional analysts and development teams
Design and develop SAP CRM solutions including custom enhancements, configurations, and integrations
Build and maintain interfaces to and from legacy applications using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and SAP IDocs
Contribute to technical improvements and platform consolidation initiatives
Take end-to-end ownership of new developments, change requests, and bug fixes
Technical Support & Problem-Solving
Provide day-to-day excellence in functional and technical application support
Diagnose and analyze complex issues, designing effective solutions
Perform customizing in SAP CRM and related applications
Maintain a comprehensive overview of current architecture
Collaboration & Leadership
Act as technical point of contact for enterprise architects
Work closely with functional analysts, developers, and business stakeholders
Ensure alignment between technical design and business requirements
Mandatory Requirements Technical Expertise
Minimum 8 years of hands-on project experience with SAP CRM module
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SAPUI5/Fiori development
Profound knowledge of:
BSP (Business Server Pages) components workbench
BOL/GENIL (Business Object Layer/Generic Interaction Layer)
CRM upgrade transactions
Strong experience with:
ABAP Workbench, ABAP OO (Object-Oriented)
SAP Workflow, IDOC, ALV Grid
ABAP WebDynpro
ADT (ABAP Development Tools in Eclipse)
Integration & Data Services
Proven experience developing SAP data services including:
Web services and OData services
Data exchange formats and protocols (SOAP, XML, JSON, REST)
Deep understanding of best practices for writing reusable, maintainable code
Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical SAP implementations
Language & Availability
Fluent in French and/or Dutch, plus English
Available to work minimum 2 days per week in Brussels

À propos du poste Nous recherchons un Expert Technique SAP expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de Support Processus & Fonctionnel. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans le développement, l'amélioration et le support de nos applications SAP CRM et de notre écosystème de données. En tant que spécialiste technique, vous ferez le lien entre les exigences fonctionnelles et la mise en œuvre technique. Vous assurerez une intégration fluide dans notre paysage SAP tout en maintenant l'excellence dans le support et le développement d'applications. Responsabilités principales Développement & Architecture
Traduire les exigences fonctionnelles en spécifications techniques robustes et conceptions architecturales en collaboration avec les analystes fonctionnels et les équipes de développement
Concevoir et développer des solutions SAP CRM incluant des améliorations personnalisées, des configurations et des intégrations
Construire et maintenir des interfaces vers et depuis les applications legacy via SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) et SAP IDocs
Contribuer aux améliorations techniques et aux initiatives de consolidation de plateforme
Prendre la responsabilité de bout en bout des nouveaux développements, demandes de changement et corrections de bugs
Support technique & Résolution de problèmes
Assurer l'excellence quotidienne dans le support applicatif fonctionnel et technique
Diagnostiquer et analyser les problèmes complexes et concevoir des solutions efficaces
Effectuer le customizing dans SAP CRM et les applications associées
Maintenir une vue d'ensemble complète de l'architecture actuelle
Collaboration & Leadership
Agir comme point de contact technique pour les architectes d'entreprise
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les analystes fonctionnels, développeurs et parties prenantes métier
Assurer l'alignement entre la conception technique et les besoins métier
Exigences obligatoires Expertise technique
Minimum 8 ans d'expérience projet pratique avec le module SAP CRM
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience avérée en développement SAPUI5/Fiori
Connaissance approfondie de :
BSP (Business Server Pages) components workbench
BOL/GENIL (Business Object Layer/Generic Interaction Layer)
Transactions de mise à niveau CRM
Forte expérience avec :
ABAP Workbench, ABAP OO (Orienté Objet)
SAP Workflow, IDOC, ALV Grid
ABAP WebDynpro
ADT (ABAP Development Tools dans Eclipse)
Intégration & Services de données
Expérience avérée dans le développement de services de données SAP incluant :
Services web et services OData
Formats et protocoles d'échange de données (SOAP, XML, JSON, REST)
Compréhension approfondie des meilleures pratiques pour écrire du code réutilisable et maintenable
Capacité à analyser les exigences fonctionnelles et les traduire en implémentations techniques SAP
Langues & Disponibilité
Courant en français et/ou néerlandais, plus anglais
Disponible pour travailler minimum 2 jours par semaine à Bruxelles

Niveau d'expérience & Étendue Vous avez démontré une expertise approfondie en SAP CRM et SAP Fiori, incluant la conception architecturale, les améliorations personnalisées et les déploiements de niveau entreprise. Votre carrière montre une progression claire et une profondeur croissante de connaissances techniques.
Connaissance SAP S/4HANA Vous possédez une familiarité avec SAP S/4HANA et comprenez ses implications pour l'architecture CRM et la feuille de route future.
Compréhension des processus métier CRM Vous avez une solide compréhension du CRM et des processus métier associés, garantissant que vos conceptions techniques s'alignent parfaitement avec les besoins opérationnels et apportent une réelle valeur métier.
Leadership & Collaboration d'équipe Vous êtes reconnu comme un coéquipier enthousiaste avec une expérience en management ou coaching. Vous favorisez la collaboration au sein d'équipes multidisciplinaires et contribuez à une culture d'équipe positive.
Capacité analytique & Résolution de problèmes Vous possédez un esprit analytique fort, capable d'identifier rapidement les causes profondes, de distinguer les problèmes critiques du bruit, et de fournir des solutions efficaces sous pression.
Communication & Engagement des parties prenantes Vous démontrez d'excellentes compétences en communication en informant proactivement les parties prenantes, en expliquant clairement des sujets techniques complexes à des audiences non techniques, et en promouvant une adoption et utilisation efficaces du système.
