In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a memorable customer experience. Your efforts will be pivotal in cultivating customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in French and English through various communication channels
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive solutions for customers
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvement
  • Stay updated on our products and services to provide informed assistance
  • Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance service skills

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude
  • Able to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
