Head of PMO

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role as Head of PMO / PMO Lead, based in Hong Kong SAR, with some flexibility to work from home. The Head of PMO / PMO Lead will oversee program management, manage key stakeholders, and provide vision and leadership in the establishment and execution of project management frameworks. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring budgets, fostering team collaboration, and driving organizational success through effective project oversight.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Program Management and developing effective project methodologies
Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data, monitor progress, and ensure project alignment with objectives
Proven Stakeholder Management skills to effectively communicate with diverse teams and share feedback
Experience in Budgeting and resource planning for successful project implementation
Skilled in Team Leadership to inspire, guide, and develop team members towards achieving goals
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a relevant field
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2) are highly advantageous
Ability to work autonomously while ensuring projects are aligned with organizational goals
