Operations Planning Analyst

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role located in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility to work both in office and remotely. As an Operations Planning Analyst / Program Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, assisting in the development and implementation of operational plans, monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators, and preparing financial and operational reports to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves coordinating cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment on business objectives and efficient execution of projects.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to gather and interpret complex data
Experience in Planning and developing operational strategies
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Knowledge and ability to monitor and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Understanding of Finance-related concepts and the ability to prepare clear and concise financial reports
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools or software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field is preferred
