PMO Manager

Role Description
This part-time role of PMO Manager / PMO Director combines on-site responsibilities in Hong Kong SAR with the flexibility of remote work. In this hybrid position, you will oversee and optimize project management processes, manage project portfolios, and improve business processes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to align resources, driving project efficiency, monitoring performance, and delivering strategic initiatives to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Program Management and Project Management methodologies
Experience in Business Process Improvement and Resource Management
Strong skills in Project Portfolio Management
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus
Familiarity with software quality assurance practices is advantageous
