Operations Analyst

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, preparing financial reports, assessing operational efficiency, and supporting customer service functions. You will collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and drive practical solutions while working both on-site and remotely as needed.
Qualifications
Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and operational efficiency
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of finance and accounting principles for preparing and interpreting financial reports
Customer service experience to address and resolve issues effectively
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
