About the role As a Business & sales consultant – workplace wellbeing, you are the driving force behind our continued growth and the strengthening of our market position in workplace wellbeing. Your responsibilities: You act as an ambassador for the economic value of employee wellbeing as a strategic lever (CSR, productivity, retention…). You identify potential with customers and prospects. You know how to convince stakeholders of the importance of investing in the wellbeing of employees, teams, and leaders (HR Directors, HR Business Partners, CFOs/C‑level executives, and prevention & wellbeing teams). You sell solutions that help organisations identify, assess and take concrete action on mental, physical and social health in the workplace. You network and build long‑term client relationships to encourage structural investment in workplace wellbeing. You actively develop commercial opportunities aligned with legal requirements on psychosocial risk management. You're eager to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement (optimising processes and sales enablement tools). You bring a strong commercial drive with a healthy balance between hunting and farming. Who we're looking for A driven and energetic professional who doesn't just understand workplace wellbeing but is genuinely inspired by it too. We're looking for someone who: Has an excellent command of both French and Dutch, spoken and written; knowledge of English is a strong asset. Is an intrapreneur: proactive, forward‑thinking and opportunity‑oriented. Is a natural relationship builder: trusted, empathetic, and able to create warm, lasting and professional connections with clients and internal stakeholders. Is a team player who actively shares best practices. Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Has an understanding of relevant legislation (wellbeing at work, psychosocial risks, HR regulations), which is considered as an added value. Has demonstrable sales experience with proven conversion results. Is familiar with CRM tools. Works hands‑on and thrives in a scale‑up environment.
