Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant based in Hong Kong SAR. The role involves supporting executives with tasks such as organizing schedules, managing diaries, handling communications, and performing a variety of clerical activities. The candidate will be expected to coordinate both professional and personal tasks efficiently, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. Qualifications Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational skills Competence in general Clerical Skills and office management Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Proficiency in using modern office tools and software Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information Prior experience in a similar role or relevant field is a plus
