We work with various stakeholders to foster impactful learning experiences across schools and communities. We are seeking an experienced and passionate young partner role for our education sector development, with a focus on strong revenue generation and engagement with school management. This position involves building relationships and driving initiatives that support sustainable growth in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Generation Formulate and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new educational programmes and partnerships Engagement with School Management Establish and nurture relationships with school management teams, especially principals and panel heads, ensuring insightful understanding of their needs and effective communication regarding our offerings. Sales and Marketing Lead outreach initiatives to promote our educational services, increasing visibility and adoption among schools. Team Collaboration Work with interdisciplinary teams (such as marketing & partnerships, operations, and technology & innovations etc.) to co-create meaningful education prorgammes, develop strategic partnerships, drive engagement and achieve overall project goals. Experience / Skills Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in education sector, or sales / business development. Proven track record of generating revenue and effectively engaging with school management and educational stakeholders. Strong understanding of educational systems and market dynamics. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Proficient in data analysis, sales forecasting, and performance metrics. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain close working relationships with both internal teams and external partners/agencies.
