Role Description
This is a part-time remote Social Media Marketing Internship role to lead Benalor expand into Chinese speaking community. Interns will support the creation, planning, and execution of social media strategies for China focused social media platforms to expand our outreach and market presence. Responsibilities include developing and managing social media content in Mandarin, monitoring trends, analyzing social media metrics, and working directly with the founder Koyo to plan marketing strategy. We are looking for someone with passion for quality jewellery and social media.
This internship would be mostly held remote, with occasional in-person meetings if you're based in Hong Kong. Work hours are flexible as long as tasks are managed. On average, we expect 1-2 hours of daily work commitment.
Qualifications
Fluency in Mandarin and English (Cantonese is a plus)
Social Media Content Creation skills with an understanding of Chinese social media platforms such as Red Note and Wechat.
Strong Communication skills for collaboration and creating compelling content
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools is a plus
A passion for fine jewelry, creativity, and an interest in crafting engaging narratives
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, or related program is preferred. No previous professional working experience is required.
