Job Summary
Lead the development of high-quality software solutions. This role involves hands-on coding, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to technical design and architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering scalable and secure applications.
Essential Functions
Lead Development Efforts: Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business analysts, QA, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Mentor and Guide: Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
Contribute to Architecture: Participate in solution design and help define technical standards and architecture.
Ensure Quality: Write and maintain unit and integration tests, and support QA teams in testing and defect resolution.
Support Deployments: Assist in application deployment and provide post-release support and troubleshooting.
Promote Agile Practices: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and help improve team processes and delivery.
Drive Innovation: Stay up-to-updated with new technologies and suggest improvements to tools, frameworks, and development practices.
Maintain Documentation: Create and update technical documentation for code, systems, and processes.
Ensure Security and Compliance: Follow secure coding practices and ensure applications meet compliance and regulatory standards.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information System
Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software development.
