As an administrative assistant within the ASP department, you will perform a function that combines administrative, financial and file monitoring tasks within a team of 8 people. The ASP service is attached to the IT IDS (IT Infrastructure, Datacom & Security) department and, within this framework, you will provide cross-functional support whose main tasks are as follows: You are in charge of equipment and service orders: you follow the process from start to finish, i.e., from the request for quotation to the final invoice tracking, including ordering and receiving in SAP You are the point of contact between the supplier and the internal IT client You manage the supply chain, events, and training for IT IDS You manage the functional mailbox of the ASP service. Service requirements:A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role Good communicator with excellent team spirit Ability to work independently and proactively Administrative rigor Good stress and time management (prioritizing) Analytical mind and affinity for numbers Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…), SAP… Bilingual FR/NL or NL/FR with ideally a good knowledge of English Additional information:Location: Brussels On-site presence: 2 days of physical presence on-site per week are required by default.
