SAP Support Consultant – Freelance

For a customer in the industrial engineering and manufacturing sector, we are looking for an SAP Support Consultant to reinforce an existing SAP support team on a 12-month freelance assignment.

The project involves participating in SAP rollouts and preparation of the support for these rollouts. If interested, please apply with your CV attached!

Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line SAP end-user support, mainly for SAP IBP.
Analyse and resolve SAP-related incidents and user issues.
Update user documentation and deliver end-user training.
Support SAP project rollouts and prepare the support model.
Collaborate with SAP project teams and business stakeholders.
Occasional involvement in EWM-related activities.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of SAP experience in support or functional roles.
End-user support experience required.
Knowledge of SAP IBP, SD, MM, EWM or WM is a plus.
