Project Manager

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering projects. You bring structure, clarity and alignment across teams, ensuring smooth execution and real business value. Depending on the assignment, you may take on responsibilities from classical PM, PMO or Product Owner roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and support end-to-end delivery.
• Assist or lead the creation of project plans, roadmaps and schedules.
• Manage project scope, risks, timelines and dependencies.
• Facilitate refinement sessions, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and KPI updates for management.
• Support or lead resource planning, budgeting and performance tracking.
• Ensure clear communication between business, IT and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You have a Master's Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager, PMO or Product Owner.

Required Skills

• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to manage timelines, risks, scope and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure information and present it clearly to different audiences.
• Experience with backlog management, user stories or sprint planning is a plus.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working autonomously.
• Fluency in Dutch and proficient in French is a plus.
