About the Role As a Functional Analyst, you act as the link between business expectations and technical implementation. You turn business needs into clear, structured instructions and support development teams throughout the process to ensure high-quality solutions. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Work with APIs, data models, SQL concepts and system architecture basics. Create process flows, functional diagrams, user stories and test scenarios. Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation. Execute and document tests, analyse defects and support troubleshooting. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations efficiently. You have a Master's Degree. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role. Good understanding of APIs, data models, SQL, cloud concepts and general IT architecture. Experience with drafting functional documentation, diagrams and test cases. Ability to perform root-cause analysis and challenge requirements when needed. Proactive, structured and able to work independently while collaborating with teams. Fluency in Dutch and proficient in French is a plus.
