In this specialist role, you'll handle crypto treasury operations, ensuring accurate reconciliation, tracking, and management of digital assets within our investment framework.
What you'll do
Conduct reconciliations of crypto transactions across wallets, platforms, and on-chain records to maintain precise balances.
Track asset movements, inflows/outflows, and positions to verify integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Manage treasury workflows for digital holdings, including verification and logging of activities.
Prepare reports on treasury status, asset activity, and compliance-related documentation.
Work with finance and investment teams on operational controls and audit support for crypto assets.
Implement process enhancements for efficient handling of treasury operations in a multi-asset environment.
What you need
4+ years in crypto treasury operations, digital asset reconciliations, or financial controls—experience in investment firms or funds preferred.
Extensive active experience managing crypto wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Ledger, or custody tools) with ongoing on-chain transaction verification.
Solid understanding of blockchain transaction mechanics and tools for end-to-end confirmation.
Detail-oriented approach with skills in high-volume data management under deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a small, agile team in Hong Kong.
Nice to have
Familiarity with diverse blockchains and asset types.
Awareness of Hong Kong's SFC or APAC regulatory standards for digital assets.
Personal active use of crypto wallets demonstrating real on-chain involvement.
Compensation & benefits
This full-time role offers a salary of USD 190,000–210,000 per year, plus performance bonuses based on operational efficiency. Our comprehensive benefits include:
