We are looking for a Logistics Teamleader to manage international logistics operations, warehouse and stock activities, and to lead a small logistics team. Your Key Responsibilities : Manage international import/export operations for IVD products Plan and optimize shipments (air, road, express, temperature-controlled transport) Coordinate logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and cold-chain partners Ensure on-time delivery performance and service reliability Oversee inventory management to guarantee product availability and stock accuracy Manage warehouse operations (internal or external), including storage conditions, FIFO/FEFO, and traceability Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and replenishment needs in coordination with Purchasing and Production teams Ensure compliance of warehouse activities with quality and regulatory requirements Act as the main escalation point for logistics, customs, transport, or stock issues · Resolve customs clearance issues, documentation discrepancies, and transport disruptions · Handle incidents related to temperature excursions, delays, damaged, or lost shipments · Ensure compliance with IVD regulations (ISO-13485, IVDR, FDA, local requirements) and internal quality procedures · Lead, support and coach a small team of Logistics Operators · Contribute hands-on to daily operations when needed · Drive continuous improvement across logistics, warehouse, and inventory processes · Track logistics KPIs (inventory accuracy, lead times, incidents) and report to management Qualifications At least 5 years' experience in international logistics, ideally in medical devices, IVD, pharma, or biotech First experience in team management or supervision Fluent English – daily working language Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented Well-organized, reliable, and detail-focused Comfortable in a regulated, international environment Additional Information: Management of 3 people across two sites (2 profiles in Belgium and 1 profile in the United States) Strong bonus if the candidate has experience as an operator Role split: 1/3 fieldwork with operators, 1/3 team support, and 1/3 implementation of operations and strategy Bonus: proficiency in additional languages Ideally experience within a company of 50 to 100 employees (mindset of going beyond one's defined role) Salary : 45K€ to 53 K€ per year based on experience and profile Fast-growing company – A role that evolves quickly with new challenges
