The Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in growing our customer base across Europe and the US. You'll engage with mid-size and large industrial companies in manufacturing, maintenance, and life sciences, helping them discover how our smart glasses solutions can transform their operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales career in an innovative tech scale-up while working with cutting-edge wearable technology.
Your Responsibilities
Follow up on inbound leads and conduct proactive outbound prospecting
Deliver engaging product demonstrations that showcase the practical benefits of our smart glass solutions
Build relationships with potential customers and understand their operational challenges
Manage leads through the sales pipeline from initial contact to pilot programs
Support customers during their evaluation phase to ensure a positive first experience
Represent Iristick at industry conferences and events across Europe
Collaborate with the team to refine our sales approach based on customer feedback
Contribute to achieving team sales targets
Your Profile
You have some B2B sales experience and are eager to grow your career in tech sales
You're genuinely interested in industrial sectors like manufacturing, maintenance, or life sciences
You're tech-savvy and excited about learning and demonstrating new technologies
You're a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers
Ideally, you check most of these boxes:
2+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial or technology sectors are a plus)
Understanding of or curiosity about manufacturing, maintenance, or life sciences operations
Bachelor or Master degree (any field)
Excellent communicator in English with strong relationship-building skills
Comfortable with occasional travel within Europe and to the US
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Hungry to develop your sales skills and grow with the company
