Job Overview:
To strengthen our EU Institutions Business Unit, we are looking for an experienced Business Development & Client Account Lead, who will manage both the growth and delivery lifecycle of IT Framework Contracts with EU bodies.
You will support European Institutions and International Organisations in delivering complex transformation initiatives by providing high-quality expertise, strong delivery capabilities, and transparent collaboration models.
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Employment Type: Full-time (Freelance or Employment)

This position includes both business development and client account management, with end to end responsibility for assigned clients:

Roles and Responsibilities

- Drive the growth of assigned client accounts by implementing existing contracts and identifying overselling and new business opportunities.
- Ensure the smooth execution of ongoing assignments, including consultant follow up and client satisfaction monitoring.
- Contribute to strengthening Fincons' presence within EU Institutions and International Organisations.
- Serve as the primary contact point for clients, partners, and internal teams (bid management, talent acquisition, back office, administration).
- Support the expansion of Fincons' footprint in IT Services Framework Contracts, particularly Time & Means engagements, covering software consulting, analysis, development, maintenance, and operations.
- Proven experience working with EU Institutions (EC, EU Agencies, Parliament, Council, etc.) and International Organisations.
- Strong knowledge of IT Framework Contracts, EU procurement procedures, and T&M delivery models.
- Experience in Business Development and/or Account or Project Management within IT Consulting and Services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (French is an asset).
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and strong initiative.
