Material Planner – Belgium

What You'll Do
- Manage supplier complaint processes efficiently by documenting deviations, following up with suppliers, and validating investigations.
- Oversee incoming materials, coordinate with QA, QC, and Production to ensure timely receipt and resolve documentation issues.
- Support urgent reorders and last-minute operational needs, maintaining high accuracy in routine tasks.
- Assist in small improvement projects related to material codes, stock management, and process enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth material flow and operational excellence.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in supply chain operations, stock management, or routine supply activities.
- Solid proficiency in SAP, especially with PP and WM modules.
- Strong knowledge of GMP or equivalent regulated environments.
- Excellent communication skills in French (native or fluent), with good command of written English (B1–B2).
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks meticulously and work efficiently under pressure.
Nice To Have
- Knowledge of SAP PP module.
- Experience with SOURCE complaint management tool.
- Good Excel and IT skills.
- Background in highly regulated industries such as pharma, automotive, or agrifood.
- Familiarity with incoming process management.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Junior or medior professional with a background in supply chain, stock, or logistics.
- Relevant experience in GMP, GMP-like industries, or regulated environments.
- Motivated, proactive, curious, with a quick learning aptitude.
- Availability to start within approximately three weeks.
Other Requirements
- This role is primarily on-site during onboarding (first 3-4 months), with potential for flexible remote work afterward (up to 2 days/week).
- Must be able to work in a fully VDI environment, with no hardware provision.
- Strong team player attitude, capable of engaging seamlessly with QC, QA, Operations, and colleagues.
