Role Description
This full-time role as a Sales & Operations Officer is an on-site position based in Antwerp. The Sales & Operations Officer will manage daily sales and operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination between fulfilling customer needs and optimizing efficiency. Tasks include liaising with clients, monitoring operations processes, handling logistical planning, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting financial and administrative processes. The role also involves managing customer relationships and addressing concerns to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
Proficient in Operations Management and logistics planning to ensure efficient workflows.
Well-developed Analytical and Finance skills to evaluate processes, manage budgets, and interpret data.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in sales, operations, or a similar role, preferably in the design or furniture sector.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is a plus.
Fluency in English and Dutch is highly advantageous.
