Function Description
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will join an enthusiastic multidisciplinary team at our headquarters in Brussels. Your mission is to ensure product and code quality from development to deployment through advanced automation practices.
Your work will contribute to innovations impacting millions of clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Ownership
Ensure end-to-end quality from initial development to final deployment
Guarantee that every feature meets defined standards before release
Test Strategy & Design
Define and refine test scope and priorities
Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data (functional and non-functional testing, real and virtual devices)
Automation Development
Develop automation scripts using Java (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber)
Apply BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Gherkin)
Maintain scalable, reliable, and effective automation frameworks
Execution & Reporting
Execute automated tests and analyze results
Report defects with detailed logs and replication steps
Transform test outcomes into actionable insights for the team
CI/CD & Integration
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
Ensure smooth execution within build and deployment cycles
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with developers to identify automation priorities
Debug and troubleshoot automation scripts and applications across environments
Contribute to framework scalability and long-term sustainability
Maintain clear documentation of automation frameworks and processes
Language Requirements
English: Strong working proficiency
French or Dutch: Considered a plus

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
