SAP S/4 Manufacturing Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 Manufacturing Delivery Lead to join our Internal Manufacturing Digital team and play a key role in Project, our global SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
In this role, you will lead the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA across manufacturing, warehouse, and maintenance domains for internal manufacturing sites in Belgium, Japan, and Switzerland. You will work closely with business teams, IT, corporate program leaders, and system integrators to ensure a successful go-live and strong user adoption.
Your responsibilities
Lead the SAP S/4 Manufacturing delivery end-to-end
Coordinate data migration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare activities
Manage project planning, risks, and stakeholder communication
Support reporting and decision-making using Business Intelligence tools (SAP BI, Power BI)
Your profile
Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects in a manufacturing environment
Strong project and change management skills
Experience in biopharma manufacturing is a plus
Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes
Fluent in French and English
Mission duration: ASAP until Go-Live and hypercare closure (target Q3 2026)
