1. Mission & Objectives The Digital Product Owner – Supporting Role (Proxy-PO) will support existing Digital Product Owners by helping manage workload and ensuring smooth delivery of digital initiatives. The role focuses on business requirements, data analysis, testing coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication, contributing to both BAU activities and transformation roadmap initiatives. 2. Key Responsibilities Business Requirements & Documentation Manage and maintain project documentation in Confluence (BAU and transformation roadmap) Define, create, and review business requirements and acceptance criteria Gather and consolidate feedback from business stakeholders and subject matter experts Structure and formalize knowledge to ensure clear, high-quality documentation Data Support & Analysis Support KPI collection, monitoring, and reporting Perform data analysis to support decision-making and performance insights Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product dashboards Testing & Quality Support Manage test data and support validation of testing phases Review testing progress and coordinate testing activities with relevant stakeholders Documentation, Design & User Journeys Document workflows and user journeys Support and document Figma designs Ensure all documentation is well-organized, accessible, and up to date Performance & Impact Analysis Support performance analysis activities to assess project impact and value delivered Project Coordination & Stakeholder Communication Assist Product Owners in preparing materials for SteerCo and ad-hoc governance sessions Facilitate coordination and communication across cross-functional teams 3. Expected Deliverables Confluence pages with clearly documented business requirements and acceptance criteria Product dashboards and KPI reporting Validated test cases and supported testing phases Documented workflows, user journeys, and Figma designs Well-structured, clear, and accessible documentation Presentation and supporting materials for SteerCo and ad-hoc sessions 4. Profile & Skills Experience & Knowledge Junior to mid-level profile (3–6 years of experience) Previous experience in a digital-related function is a strong asset Experience working in agile environments Skills & Attitude Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements Autonomous and proactive once objectives are defined Strong user-centric mindset with focus on measurable impact Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders Highly organized with strong documentation skills Fast learner, able to adapt quickly to new environments Collaborative mindset, able to work efficiently in tandem with Product Owners Languages English: fluent (main language for documentation and stakeholder interactions) French: good working proficiency (for daily collaboration with Product Owners)
