Information Technology Governance Consultant


IT Governance Consultant

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely closure of IT internal and external audit activities by preparing, coordinating, and following up on action plans to resolve deficiencies.
  • Support the IT Governance team on coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Risk teams to ensure full adherence to corporate policies, including Information Risk, Security & Crisis Management, and Outsourcing.
  • Support the Third-Party Governance Framework, including due‑diligence activities and administrative tasks for contracting and invoicing processes.
  • Maintain and oversee the Third-Party database.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving and updating governance practices and policies.
  • Keep governance documentation current, including terms of reference and planning materials.
  • Provide occasional support on ad‑hoc facilities management activities.

The Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Governance, including Third-Party management, Internal/External Audit, Procurement, or Operational Controls.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with full proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience managing regulatory relationships.
