Role Description
This is a role for a Tour Manager based in Benelux. The Tour Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing travel itineraries, ensuring smooth coordination of logistics, managing travel-related budgets, and acting as the main point of contact for both clients and team members during tours. The role includes overseeing contracts with vendors, troubleshooting during travels, and maintaining high client satisfaction throughout. The Tour Manager will also handle administrative tasks related to tours, like reporting and documentation and will be (one of the) driver(s) during tour of 7-seater.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail
Proficiency in logistics management and budgeting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
Problem-solving abilities to address unexpected situations efficiently
Experience with event coordination and travel coordination is beneficial
Fluency in multiple languages, including English, is a plus
Proficiency in relevant travel planning software
Availability to travel as part of the role
Prior experience in the tourism or travel industry is desirable
Driving license and experience with driving vans
