Human Resources Officer

What you'll be doing
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
Provide support in the administration of employee benefits, such as processing leave requests and medical insurance
Collaborate with department managers to identify and address HR-related issues, and suggest solutions to improve employee engagement and productivity
Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives
Participate in the planning and execution of HR-related events, training programmes, and employee recognition initiatives
Provide general HR support and guidance to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the technology or consulting industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools, such as HRIS systems, will be a plus
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
