Job Responsibilities Take charge of equipment selection, plant layout, construction supervision and management during the rebar processing plant construction phase; coordinate technical interfacing work during the plant construction stage. Adopt full responsibility for daily operations, production, and safety control of the rebar processing plant. Inspect workshop/team production management performance, formulate reasonable production plans, and continuously increase capacity through internal efficiency improvements. Strictly control labor, material, and manufacturing costs across all production stages, and continuously reduce the unit production cost of the factory. Strengthen management of construction personnel and various production machinery/equipment; establish shift handover procedures strictly, promote energy saving and consumption reduction, and be responsible for the safety of personnel and mechanical equipment. Support in coordinating construction-related matters. Enhance factory standardization level and strengthen product quality control. Oversee overall factory equipment management, safety management, 6S management, etc. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields (Master's degree preferred) Total experience: 10+ years Rebar / metal processing industry experience: 5+ years (including 3+ years in management roles such as workshop supervisor / project manager) Project scale: Have been being a leader or a core participant in the construction / operation of plant(s) with annual capacity of 100,000 tons or more Fluent in both Chinese and English (Cantonese preferred) Participated in the planning and construction of 2 or more high-density urban industrial projects Familiar with Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance, Environmental Protection regulations, Occupational Safety and Health regulations, and ISO 9001 / 14001 standards Proficient in BIM / digital twin / simulation software (AutoCAD, Revit) Experience with WMS / ERP / MES system integration Practical experience in implementing full-process traceability systems Preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as HKIE Member / CIC Registered Professional and OSHA training + ISO 9001 & 14001 Internal Auditor Proven ability to build complete team structures and establish performance management systems Possesses real case experience handling crises / emergency responses in large-scale projects Has experience driving digital transformation initiatives and promoting sustainable development practices Experience managing infrastructure projects in Hong Kong and/or Macau We offer attractive remuneration package with comprehensive fringe benefits to the right candidates.
