Training Executive


The Hong Kong Red Cross was established in 1950. We belong to the World's largest humanitarian network and provide impartial and quality care to protect life and health, and to enhance the capacity of vulnerable people to live a safe and dignified life. Our services include disaster relief, special education, volunteer service, first aid and health training, and blood transfusion.
Job Purpose
Training Executive (Training Centre) is responsible for providing customer service and performing administrative support for the training courses organized by Training Centre of Hong Kong Red Cross. S/he will work closely with the Assistant Manager (Training Centre) to support the training courses.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute first aid and health training programmes to promote public awareness and enhance knowledge and skills.
Establish and maintain effective communication and partnerships with corporate clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and training delivery.
Handle administrative tasks related to corporate clients including inquiries via phone and email, applications, agreements, enrollments, invoices, payments, and course logistics.
Assist in the execution of funding projects and achieving project goals.
Provide support for activities, events, and projects organized by the Agency and/or Service Unit.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE (including English and Chinese) or equivalent; or
University Degree holder in any discipline
Solid work experience with customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills and professional telephone manner
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office). Knowledge of design and audio-visual computer software is an advantage
5 working days in a week, if deems necessary, work on Saturday is required
