Position: SaaS Sales Representative
As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new (international) business opportunities and growing our client portfolio. You will be selling a high-end CPQ solution to key players on the discrete manufacturing market. You will meet their decision takers, follow up, showcase Hive, and eventually close the deal
Work together with our SDR team to identify, qualify, and sell new business opportunities in target markets.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from first demo to negotiation and deal closure.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Participate to events, tradeshows, and visit your prospects (within Belgium or the Netherlands).
Together with our team, be proactive in proposing ideas and improving our sales process. You will contribute to Hive's sales strategy and techniques.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to position our products effectively.

Hard skills
You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, customer success or business development, with a proven track record in SaaS or tech-related industries.
You have a strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, including experience with CRM tools (Hubspot experience is a plus).
Your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are exceptional.
You speak fluent Dutch and can work in an English-speaking team. French is a plus.
