Contract Terms: Full-time

THE TEAM

The Event Coordinator role is part of the Event Support team who is dedicated to the seamless delivery of Live events. The team is serving as the coordinator between internal teams with external partners, ensuring that every project is backed by technical excellence and operational precision.

The mission is to support the entire event lifecycle - from the first ticket sales through planning phases to live execution and final wrap-up.

THE JOB

The Event Coordinator role will be working from the Ticketmaster Belgium Office or on event. The primary job is to oversee all events with a support requirement as well as to coordinate the delivery of these.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • You will ensure all administrative duties related to a Live event delivery

  • Provide on-site support for Box Office operations as required.

  • You will ensure all box office administration is complete before event day, including price sheets, time sheets, event information forms, stationary, signage, balance sheets etc.

  • You will ensure all box offices are set up correctly for ticketing on event day and assist in management of box operations on event days.

  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Adopt a team approach in order to maintain the quality and consistency of the team's output.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Strong communication skills in French and Flemish - both written and verbal.

  • Ability to accommodate and adapt to changing needs of the business in a highly pressured working environment. At the same time, proven ability to adhere to set guidelines and process adherence.

  • Ability to accurately maintain checklists, databases and other documents ensuring quality operational requirements are met.

  • Ability to identify potential problems and identify solutions. Appropriately seeking information from higher source when required.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage time to ensure meeting deadlines and business needs.

  • I.T. literacy essential - Windows Office 365 Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook) and Typing skills with high accuracy. Familiarity and aptitude with ticketing systems, products, websites/apps, and general computing.

  • Category B Drivers License
