Your Role As Senior Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening the company's presence in Antwerp. You will take ownership of your region and actively contribute to commercial growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and acquire new restaurant partners across Antwerp Conduct strategic negotiations and close sustainable commercial agreements Develop and execute a local growth strategy aligned with business objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partners Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities Act as a trusted advisor to partners, supporting their long-term success Work independently within your region while collaborating with your Team Lead and cross-functional teams Your Profile Proven experience in field sales or B2B sales (hospitality, e-commerce, or food delivery is a plus) Strong negotiation and closing skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Fluent in Dutch and English (French is an advantage) Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and MS Office Based in or near Antwerp with strong knowledge of the local market Motivation and growth potential are just as important as experience.
