LV/ELV Project Manager – Data Centre Construction (consultancy owner side)
Location - Farciennes, Belgium
Salary range k (expats benefit from tax free allowance)
We are looking for an experienced LV/ELV Project Manager to take ownership of low voltage and extra low voltage packages on a mission-critical data centre development.
Representing our client, you will lead the coordination, execution and close-out of electrical works, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality and performance.
You will be given genuine responsibility from day one, with the autonomy to influence project outcomes and develop your career within a high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Take full accountability for LV/ELV scope from design interface through installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.
Track programme, cost and scope to ensure milestones are achieved in line with project objectives.
Oversee contractor performance and technical execution on site.
Act as the main liaison between client, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
Ensure transparent communication and alignment across all parties.
Contribute to technical and commercial discussions while safeguarding client interests.
Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks relating to LV/ELV systems.
Monitor progress closely and address potential delays or cost impacts proactively.
Collaborate with mechanical, civil and ICT teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
Support the development of efficient, high-resilience solutions suitable for mission-critical facilities.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years' experience managing large, scale mission critical electrical projects
Minimum 1.5 years data centre experience in a project management role
Strong technical knowledge of LV and ELV systems.
Solid understanding of European electrical standards and regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to lead complex projects through full lifecycle delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field); PMP or equivalent qualification advantageous.
Fluent in English (French beneficial).
Organised, proactive and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
