We're looking for a Creator Manager to join the BeInfluence Europe team in Brussels

Your mission should you choose to accept it:

You'll act as a creator manager within the BEIN Talents department under the leadership of the Head Of Creator Management.

Your role is twofold: manage and grow the creators you represent. It's a job that combines strategy, brand positioning, creativity, administration, business development, contract management, and department visibility when you accompany your creators to the events that shape their careers. As a Creator Manager Medior, you are the central point of contact between the creators you represent, brands, clients, and internal teams.

You support talents on a daily basis, with a deep understanding of their universe, ambitions, and the realities of the content creator profession.

In short... no two days are ever the same, as you've probably guessed.

Creator Management & Support

Managing and developing a portfolio of content creators / Supporting talents in structuring and evolving their careers / Providing strategic advice on their image, positioning, and content / Being a trusted and attentive partner, able to guide, reassure, and challenge them.

Client Relations & Partnerships

Negotiating collaborations between talents and brands / Managing campaigns from A to Z (briefing, activation, content delivery, and reporting) / Identifying and creating new business opportunities for BEIN Talents creators / Maintaining smooth and professional relationships with clients, agencies, and partners

Operational & Administrative Management

Creating and updating media kits / Managing quotations, contracts, invoices, and schedules / Coordinating calendars and ensuring deadlines are met / Closely monitoring deliverables and campaign performance metrics.

Ecosystem & Market

Strong understanding of the Belgian media landscape / Knowledge of production companies, media outlets, and cultural & creative stakeholders / Continuous monitoring of creator trends, platforms, and formats and much more

Your ideal profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in creator, talent, artist management OR Freelance / creator profile with a strong and relevant portfolio.

• Excellent understanding of social media and the creator economy
• Comfortable with negotiation, multitasking, and fast-paced environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset and autonomy, you take ownership of your roster
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable handling admin, planning, and multiple campaigns at once
• Excellent relationship management skills, you know how to build trust with talents and brands
• Strong network and deep understanding of the Belgian media landscape

Languages:

• Ideally bilingual in French and Dutch with a professional proefficiency in English.
