Marketing Communications Manager


Marketing Communications Manager / Senior Marketing Communications Executive
Strategic Campaign Management:
- Translate company strategic objectives into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional campaigns to drive brand reach and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
- Identify emerging market trends and educate internal stakeholders to seize new opportunities.
Large-Scale Event Management:
- Orchestrate end-to-end logistics for major marketing events (e.g., Programme Presentations, Financial Forums, Award Ceremonies).
- Oversee venue setup, crowd management, VIP hospitality, and manpower allocation to ensure operational excellence and safety.
- Manage crisis management protocols to minimise potential risks during events.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy:
- Manage and grow the company's digital ecosystem across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo).
- Formulate data-driven strategies to boost follower growth and engagement (proven track record in scaling platforms is a plus).
- Monitor online sentiment and safeguard the brand's reputation against cyber threats or negative feedback.
Corporate Branding & ESG Initiatives:
- Spearhead corporate branding projects, including ESG Awards and industry forums, ensuring alignment with the company's sustainability and business goals.
- Support the Executive Office in preparing high-level presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Content Creation & Design:
- Leverage strong design skills (Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to produce or supervise the production of high-quality visual communications (video, print, digital).
- Collaborate with business units to devise creative concepts that effectively convey corporate messages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Marketing Communications Executive
