The Role To further support our growth in the UK, we are looking for a Country Sales Manager based in London. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining national sales strategy and people management with direct commercial responsibility. You will lead a team of four sales professionals and at the same time manage your own client portfolio and sales region within London. You will act as the key point of contact between the UK market and Omexco's headquarters in Belgium, translating global strategy into local execution. The UK is a direct and strategic market for Omexco and plays a key role in our international growth ambitions. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development · Take full responsibility for the day-to-day Sales & Business Development in the UK market · Develop and execute the UK sales strategy in line with Omexco's global objectives · Personally manage a defined sales region in London with great upward potential · Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, retail partners, developers and major brands · Identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth in the London and UK market People Management · Lead and coach a team of currently four sales professionals · Further develop the team based on the market needs and potential · Set clear objectives, monitor performance and support individual development · Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture · Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland to follow-up, coordinate and align activities with our local sales agents and sales staff Market & Brand Representation · Act as Omexco's brand ambassador in the UK market · Ensure consistent brand positioning and premium service levels · Represent Omexco at industry events, fairs and client presentations · Provide market insights and feedback to headquarters in Belgium Reporting & Coordination · Ensure clear communication and alignment between the UK team and HQ · Monitor sales performance, forecasts and market trends · Report directly to the Commercial Director in Belgium Profile Experience & Background: · Proven experience in a senior sales or country management role · Demonstrated success in leading a national or regional sales team · Strong background in B2B sales, preferably within interior design, architecture, premium materials, or related industries · Experience working in a direct sales market is a strong advantage Skills & Competencies · Strong leadership and people management skills · Commercially driven with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset · Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills · Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into action · Comfortable working autonomously while being part of an international organization Personal Attributes · Passion for design, materials and premium brands · Professional, credible and confident communicator · Pragmatic, resilient and results-oriented · Cultural sensitivity and ease in working with an international HQ Languages · Fluent English required · Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus, but not mandatory What we offer · A key leadership role in a premium, internationally recognised brand · A mix of strategic responsibility and hands-on sales activity · High level of autonomy and impact on the UK business · A competitive compensation package aligned with experience with additional benefits such as a car allowance, a performance bonus and 25 vacation days.
