MarCom Assistant


Location: Dilbeek (but actually worldwide)

Whether it's an international conference or the BAM Marketing Congress, we ensure every detail is perfect.
What will you do?
As MarCom Assistant you will work under the supervision of our Communications & Events Director.
Your tasks include:
For OFCORES:
Rolling out the marketing strategy
Content creation for social media, newsletters and keeping our website up-to-date
Ensure a good visibility on our events
Securing the corporate identity.
For the BAM Marketing Congress:
Being part of our project team.
Support with rolling-out the communication campaign
Implementing media partnerships & follow-up
Creation of organic social media content
Updating the website
Who are you?
Degree in Marketing or Communication.
Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, ...), Canva, Wordpress, Drupal, mailing tools and social media.
Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch (knowledge of French is a plus).
Good at planning and organizing.
Team player with strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and an eye for detail.
Apple-savvy and handy with common software.
