R&D Partners is seeking a QA Specialist to focus on managing and optimizing digital documentation processes while supporting users in working effectively with advanced digital systems. You will be part of a collaborative team where knowledge sharing and teamwork are highly valued.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
Manage and improve digital documentation processes using platforms like Qualipso and Veeva Vault.
Implement global standards and requirements for digital documentation management locally.
Provide guidance and support to users on the correct use of digital content management systems.
Act as the main contact for documentation management within the local manufacturing and supply hub.
Offer technical and functional support for documentation systems.
Identify opportunities to enhance digital workflows and contribute to further digitization efforts.
Ensure all digital documentation complies with quality and regulatory guidelines.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Familiarity with documentation management and digital tools.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Experience with cGMP guidelines and quality assurance processes is a plus.
