Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product inquiries, technical questions, and account-related issues
Troubleshoot basic technical problems and provide effective solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Meet performance and quality targets

Requirements
Minimum C1 level Dutch (written & spoken)
Minimum B2 level English
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
EU citizenship or valid Portugal Residence Card
Previous customer support experience is a strong plus (not mandatory)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
