Head of Operations

We are seeking a Head of Operations to build and lead the operational backbone of the company.
In this role you will work closely with the COO to design robust front‑to‑back processes that support our multi‑strategy investment process. You will own trade capture, allocations, reconciliations, cash and collateral management, NAV oversight and middle‑office controls.
You will provide oversight, governance and escalation to ensure timely and accurate outcomes. You will take responsibility for margin management and financing efficiency across the SMA platform, working with primes and custodians to optimize funding, collateral usage and balance‑sheet efficiency.
You will coordinate with administrators, prime brokers, custodians to ensure accurate, timely data flows into our internal systems and PMS/RMS, and continuously improve workflows, controls, documentation and KPIs as new strategies and SMAs are onboarded.
You will manage and mentor a lean operations team, partner closely with technology on automation and tooling, and act as the primary point of contact for resolving breaks, managing service providers and ensuring the platform meets institutional standards for risk, governance and client reporting.
