Directly responsible for the specific areas of the Fitness and Recreation Department which includes (Contracted Programs & Activities, Aquatics Programs, Tennis & Squash, Golf, Race Box and Daily Operations of F&R areas) and shall exercise authority over all matters in an efficient and financially sound manner with the policies and procedures approved by the Country Club Operations Manager and the General Manager.
Job Description
Ensure safe, secure and fun activities, programs and facilities for Members and their guests within the framework of the Club's House rules and policies
Responsible for planning, developing, supervising and budgeting of all responsible Fitness & Recreation activities, programs and special events, insuring reasonable responsiveness to membership requests
Maintain reasonable, professional contact with the Members and their guests, cooperating with their requests when feasible, listening to suggestions and complaints, passing on meaningful information from any sources whatsoever to the Director of Fitness, Recreation and Spa
Works closely with Tennis Management Group and Golf & Squash professionals to ensure highest level of coaching is available
Drives Happy Valley Race Box attendance to maximum capacity and attends Race Nights when necessary to ensure service levels and standards are maintained
Coordination of the Golf Committee and Tennis Committee as sub-committees to Recreation and ensure monthly meetings are held so the Golf Members have a voice
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in the Hospitality Industry
Fluent in spoken English
Excellent in customer service skills
Strong and effective communication skills and computer literate
Brings enthusiasm, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
Working Location: Tai Tam (Transportation allowance applies)
