The Hari Hong Kong is poised to be the newest addition to Hong Kong's legacy of great heritage hotel brands. The brand-new hotel seeks to inject modern luxury and social dynamism into the district, bridging the commercial pulse of Causeway Bay and the creative design scene of Wan Chai.
An independent hospitality brand, The Hari is the vision of Dr. Aron Harilela, Chairman and CEO of Harilela Hotels. After over four decades of owning hotel properties, he has distilled the Group's collective experience into an individual brand.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Human Resources Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage a full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions while supporting various HR initiatives. Responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum C&B functions, including payroll calculation, MPF and taxation
Manage leave and attendance records, addressing issues to support payroll processes
Handle staff movement and update personal records of employees in the HR system
Prepare reports and analyses for management review
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR projects as needed
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related discipline
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
