Head of Information Technology

The Head of Technology will own the end‑to‑end development of core systems, from initial architecture through ongoing enhancement.
They will lead setup, configuration and deep integration of the Portfolio Management System and Risk Management System, then design and build an internal platform to deliver additional risk, compliance, operational and reporting functionality.
This internal layer will be developed using Retool or similar low‑code tools, sitting on top of PMS/RMS and a central data warehouse to expose portfolio, risk and trade data via configurable dashboards, exception queues, compliance views and workflow tools.
The role involves encoding business logic, rule checks and data transformations so processes are consistently automated yet easily adaptable as new strategies and clients are onboarded
. The Head of Technology will also build and maintain robust data pipelines linking trading/OMS, PMS, RMS, administrators, primes, custodians and internal tools, and will lead evaluation, selection and implementation of key third‑party systems.
Finally, they will define development standards, code review practices, documentation and lightweight SDLC/DevOps tooling suited to a lean, high‑accountability environment.
