Start Date: Immediate / Urgent Mobilization
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our industrial piping project in the Limburg region of Belgium. The ideal candidate must have strong field experience in piping and welding operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Site Supervision: Supervise daily piping and welding activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, isometric drawings, and quality standards.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, clashes, or discrepancies on-site to ensure continuous workflow and prevent delays.
Subcontractor Management: Manage and coordinate relationships with subcontractors; monitor their performance, manpower, and adherence to the schedule.
Progress Monitoring: Track daily site progress, prepare reports, and ensure works are completed within the timeline.
HSE & Quality: Ensure all site activities are conducted in strict compliance with HSE regulations and Quality Control procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction, specifically with a strong background in Piping and Welding works.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of welding procedures, spool fabrication, and erection.
Mobilization: Available for immediate mobilization (Must be ready to start work immediately).
Skills: Strong leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
