Your role
As Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for generating qualified pipeline and opening strategic conversations. You create opportunities through structured outbound outreach and disciplined follow-up.
You will:
Identify and approach relevant prospects
Qualify leads and assess fit
Book high-quality meetings for senior sales and leadership
Manage and maintain pipeline in Pipedrive
Follow up consistently until there is a clear next step
You are proactive, structured and comfortable engaging senior decision-makers in a professional B2B context.
You take ownership of your work and continuously improve your performance.
Who we are looking for
2–4 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience
Professional fluency in Dutch (required for client communication)
Strong written and spoken English
Experience working with a CRM system (Pipedrive is a plus)
Structured and consistent follow-up habits
Professional handling of rejection
Motivation to grow into a closing sales role
Additional languages (German or French) and affinity with sustainability, food systems or innovation are considered assets.
