To support the continued growth of the Acqua di Parma brand, we are looking for a Sales &; Marketing Assistant Intern Benelux.
Purpose of the job
You will be assist the Sales & Marketing Manager Benelux on a daily basis
You will support the overall 360° Marketing activities for the brand (Product Management, Trade Marketing, e-Retail, PR)
You will support the follow up the sales target within the distribution
You will develop a strong knowledge of the Benelux Market for the brand
You will be in charge to develop and implement strong activation plans to ensure brand awareness (offline & online)
You will develop a strong knowledge of the Benelux Market for the brand
Sales Representation
You will follow up the existing customers and ensure they are on track with their objectives (Daily/weekly/monthly sell-in analysis)
You will ensure monthly follow-up of forecasts (quotas & leftovers) within the Benelux
You will oversee the over sales support tools (presentation of launches, order forms)
You will be in contact with our customers to provide the necessary support
You will be checking the respect of our assortments and visual merchandising
· Trade Marketing/Retail
You will be in charge of implementing and developing tailor made trade marketing activations (online & offline)
You will provide ROI reporting
· Marketing/PR
You will create all new launches presentations, and education tools
You will analyze sell-in and sell-out to drive our sales objectives
You will support our PR agency for all our activities in Benelux (seeding, press release, ad hoc requests
You will assist all reporting to the Global Headquarter to showcase our local initiatives and results
· Administration follow-up
You will create and follow-up the customers orders
You will be the contact person for questions regarding orders, returns and invoicing
You possess a genuine affinity for the luxury goods industry
You exhibit strong business acumen and an analytical mindset
You possess strong communication skills
You are hands-on and have an entrepreneurial mindset, wanting to develop a balanced experience between sales & marketing within a complex environment
You are fluent in both French and English, proficiency in Dutch is a plus
You demonstrate strong organizational skills and self-motivation
You possess strong IT capabilities, including proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
